First of all, the safety is high. The wood mold engraving machine belongs to the numerical control equipment, programmed processing, the degree of automation is extremely high, no need for personnel to operate close to the operation, and the CNC milling cutter is used for rotation, and the flying knife is not caused by the large centrifugal force.

The second is that the processing effect is excellent. After the comparison test, the smoothness and arc effect of the machined surface are best when the wood mold workpiece rotates at 6000-8000 rpm, and the low speed of the vertical milling is obviously unable to meet this requirement. However, this problem is not surprising for the high-speed electric spindle of wood mold engraving machine up to 12000 or 18000 or 24000. The third is high-precision control. The vertical milling machine mainly relies on manual operation to complete the movement of the workpiece to complete the machining of the fixed position. The precision is obviously not comparable with the CNC automatic wood engraving machine.

The fourth is that the process is simple, no multi-layering and segmentation are required, the vertical milling table is small and the spindle movement amplitude is small, and the processing and engraving of large workpieces cannot be completed. This requires that some large wood molds need multiple layered segments to be processed.
